Title character Frank Woyzeck, played by Edward Snyder, is forced to eat peas as part of a cruel medical experiment in this scene from the Georg Büchner play -- this year's Director's Showcase from the Department of Theatre and Dance. The director is incoming master of fine arts candidate Randy Symank. Performances are scheduled at 8 p.m. March 7 (preview) and March 8-10, and 2 p.m. March 11 in the Wyatt Pavilion Theatre. An audience talk-back with the director and cast is planned after the March 9 performance, and Theatre and Dance Department Chair Peter Lichtenfels is set to moderate a discussion after the March 11 performance.
