The holidays are over, offices are open and shuttle buses are running, but we’re not quite back up to full speed in food and beverage operations.

Do not despair: The coffee’s on at most of your regular spots, and the Coffee House, Silo Union and Scrubs are open again with food service — although hours and operations may be limited, as there is still another week before the majority of our students return for winter quarter (the first day of instruction is Monday, Jan. 9).

You'll find coffee this week at Swirlz at the Coffee House, CoHo South Café, BioBrew, Silo Starbucks, ARC Starbucks and Scrubs Café. King Hall Coffee will reopen Jan. 9.

Here are the schedules for the Coffee House, Silo Union and Scrubs:

Coffee House (Memorial Union)

• Tuesday-Friday, Jan. 3-6 — Swirlz Bakery, 7 a.m.-5 p.m.; TxMx Grill, 7 a.m.-3 p.m.; and Ciao (pizza only), 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Saturday-Sunday, Jan. 7-8 — Closed.
• Regular operations resume Monday, Jan. 9.

CoHo South Café (Student Community Center)

• Tuesday-Friday, Jan. 3-6 — 9 a.m.-5 p.m. daily (with limited menu).
• Regular operations resume Monday, Jan. 9.

BioBrew by CoHo (Sciences Laboratory Building)

• Tuesday-Friday, Jan. 3-6 — 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. daily.
• Regular operations resume Monday, Jan. 9.

Silo Union

• Tuesday-Wednesday, Jan. 3-4 — Starbucks (7 a.m.-3 p.m.), Carl’s Jr. (10 a.m.-3 p.m.) and Grab and Go (8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.).
• Thursday, Jan. 5 — Starbucks (7 a.m.-4 p.m.), Carl’s Jr. (10 a.m.-4 p.m.) and Grab and Go (8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.).
• Friday, Jan. 6 — Starbucks (7 a.m.-6 p.m.), Carl’s Jr. (10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.) and Grab and Go (8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.).
• Regular operations at all Silo outlets, including food trucks, resume Monday, Jan. 9.

Scrubs Café (Health Sciences District)

• Tuesday-Friday, Jan. 3-6 — 7 a.m.-3 p.m. daily.
• Regular operations resume Monday, Jan. 9.

Scrubs Deli & Grill

• Tuesday-Friday, Jan. 3-6 — 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m. daily.
• Regular operations resume Monday, Jan. 9.
