Feb. 14, Saturday -- The nursery of the UC Davis Arboretum will offer plants for sale to the public from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its facility on Orchard Road west of La Rue Road. Volunteers grow hundreds of kinds of plants for Central Valley gardens. Members of the arboretum receive a 10 percent discount. Free parking is available in Visitor Lot 35.
