Longtime UC Davis University Extension employees Eileen Leung and Dennis Pendleton have become associate deans. Leung acted as assistant dean and management services officer, among other offices, during her 22-year career with extension. She will now manage all of extension's training efforts, including international English programs and contract programs through the Institute of Intercultural Communication and Orientation in U.S.A. Law. Pendleton, previously co-director of extension's agriculture unit, is now responsible for all environmental programs, which include natural resources policy, land-use planning, environmental-hazard management, agricultural and environmental engineering.
