Who says old and abandoned shopping carts need to go to the landfill. Third-year design student Tao Pang turned this one into a chair for his Environmental Consciousness class, taught by Professor Ann Savageau. Pang and his classmates exhibited their projects over two days last week at the Memorial Union. They also exhibited posters that urge recycling on campus.
