SHARED SERVICE CENTER: Project teams update

More about the shared service center project and the Organizational Excellence initiative.

Four project teams will take the lead in developing the Davis campus’s shared service center.

Each team will focus on a different work function: finance, human resources, information technology and payroll. The shared service center will do this work for five administrative units: Offices of the Chancellor and Provost, Human Resources, Information and Educational Technology, Student Affairs and University Relations.

Each team has two co-chairs, one from a corresponding central administrative unit and the other from one of the administrative divisions that is transferring work to the shared service center.

In addition, subject matter experts from the central administrative units have been assigned to each team.

Finance
