SEMINARS AND COLLOQUIA: GSM to host revolution Foods co-founders

The Graduate School of Management is hosting Revolution Foods co-founders Kristen Richmond and Kirsten Tobey to talk about their careers as entrepreneurs in sustainability.

They are due on campus Jan. 24 for a program titled "An Evening with Revolution Foods," starting at 6:30 p.m. in Room 174 of the GSM building, AOB IV. The event is free and open to the public; people interested in attending are asked to RSVP to Teri Silva, tksilva@ucdavis.edu.

The program is part of the Sustainable Enterprise Speaker Series, sponsored by the GSM's Center for Entrepreneurship and Davis Net Impact, the latter being a student organization that believes that good business practices and social development can go hand in hand."

Alameda-based Revolution Foods Inc., founded in 2006, "delivers tasty and healthy meals and nutrition education to schools and programs across the San Francisco Bay Area," according to the company's Web site.
