Mondavi Center officially launched its 2004-05 season on Wednesday with a nod toward the global village of entertainment.
More than 100 performances in music, theater, dance and the spoken word are scheduled, including Toni Morrison, the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, the Cleveland Orchestra, Martha Graham Dance Company, the Blind Boys of Alabama, Renee Fleming and Laurie Anderson.

The Mondavi Center presenting program is heir to the UC Davis Presents program, which marks its 50th anniversary with the 2004-05 season. That season is listed below.
