MIT Professor to Address Health Reform

Jonathan Gruber, professor of economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, will deliver a lecture on national health care at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, in the AGR Room of the UC Davis Buehler Alumni and Visitors Center.

Gruber’s talk, “Health Reform in the U.S.: How We Got Here and Where We Are Going,” is the inaugural Sheffrin Lecture in Public Policy made possible by a gift from former social sciences Dean Steven M. Sheffrin and his wife, Anjali.

The public is also invited to a reception in the alumni center library from 5 to 6 p.m. The event is sponsored by the UC Davis Institute of Governmental Affairs. For more information, contact Mary Davis at mvdavis@ucdavis.edu.
