Forty seats remained as of Wednesday for the Robert Mondavi Institute Spring 2007 Lectureship, scheduled to begin with registration at 8:15 a.m. June 11 in the Studio Theatre at the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts.
The speakers: Ken Grossman, president, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., "Sustainability Practices in the Brewing Industry"; and Ted Hall, general partner, Long Meadow Ranch, and former chairman, Robert Mondavi Corp., "Organic Wine and Food Production: Sound Economics, Not Partisan Politics."
