Picnic Day: 1909-2009Photographs and ephemera showcasing the tradition that began with a “Dedication Basket Picnic.” Peter Shields’ wife, Carolee, apparently suggested the picnic to mark the opening of North Hall, the University Farm’s first dormitory.
