THE DOWNLOAD: New Emeriti, CVET, Turtles

Dozens of faculty members transitioned to emeriti status this year, and Walter Leal, distinguished professor of molecular and cellular biology, created an in-depth video tribute honoring their service to the university.

“Please take time to celebrate the newest members of the UC Davis emeriti,” Leal said in an email to faculty members. “This year’s cohort includes a colleague who broke the record regarding the number of years of service to the University of California (56 years; 52 years at UC Davis)!”
