M.R.C. Greenwood, dean of graduate studies and vice provost for academic outreach at UC Davis, received a Presidential Citation from the American Psychological Association. She was recognized for the exceptional leadership and vision she brought to the national science-policy arena while serving as associate director for science in the Office of Science and Technology Policy in the Clinton White House.
