Julie Garcia of student affairs welcomes Barbara Ashby of human resources to the Hispanic Staff Association booth Tuesday during the Soaring to New Heights 12th annual celebration in Freeborn Hall. A week of events centered around the Principles of Community and disability pride comes to a close today with a big-screen showing of the animated film Finding Nemo, in which the title character is disabled, and a discussion about the general depiction of disability in movies. The program runs 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Main Theater.
