April 22 -- Asian Americans in the Media: You Tube in the Making, noon, MU II; Are You Smarter Than an Asian American Studies TA?, 6 p.m., MU II.
April 23 -- Deportation Teach-Out, noon, MU Patio; Unwrap This: Rollin' Rollin', on the history and nutritional value of API foods, plus tips on roll-making -- and you are invited to make your own spring roll, halo halo and spam musibi, 7 p.m., MU II.
April 24 -- Will You Disown Me If ... I Don't Become a Doctor, I'm Queer, I'm Having Sex?, noon, MU II; Lyrical Expressions: SKIM (hip hop) and Adriana Cabrera Garcias (spoken word artist), 7 p.m., Griffin Lounge, MU.
April 25 -- Culture Night, talent showcase with traditional and contemprary styles, followed by a hip-hop performance by Koba.

UD VIRTUOSO: Taiseer Elias, artist-in-residence in the Department of Music, presents a free Noon Concert and a rhythm workshop next week, playing the ud, or oud, a pear-shaped, stringed instrument, which is often seen as the predecessor of the western lute. Elias, born in the Israeli Arab village of Shafram, is a leading figure in classical Arab music.
