Your program: Mozart by Request

For her next recital in her Mozart series, Lara Downes asked people what they wanted to hear from among Mozart's works for solo piano. This is what people asked for and what they will get: Fantasy and Sonata in C Minor, K. 457; Sonata in A Minor, K. 310; Sonata in G Major, K. 283; and Sonata in B Flat Major, K. 333. The Mozart by Request concert is scheduled to be presented at 2 and 8 p.m. Dec. 10 in the Studio Theatre at the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, as part of the Sundays With Mozart series. The program represents the top vote-getters from among requests that came in online from May until mid-October. People recommended 19 Mozart works, including all 18 sonatas.
