BUTTERSCOTCH: The Mondavi Center announced an addition to the season's schedule: a concert by Butterscotch, the Davis woman who last summer performed her way to the finals of the NBC Television show America's Got Talent.

Antoinette "Butterscotch" Clinton is particularly known as a beatboxer — vocally mimicking drums and other percussion instruments while singing. She is scheduled to perform at 8 p.m. Oct. 29 in the Mondavi Center's Jackson Hall.

New Orleans Jazz Orchestra --Led by trumpeter and composer Irvin Mayfield, this 16-piece orchestra presents a high-spirited tribute to New Orleans' musical legacy. 8 p.m. Nov. 2, Jackson Hall.

Cherryholmes -- Family bluegrass band, with fiddling, step dancing, classic country yodeling, close harmony singing and red-hot picking. 8 p.m. Nov. 3, Jackson Hall.
