BOT I — Performance artist Praba Pilar has teamed up with director Nitza Tenenblat to create a contemporary interpretation of the ethos of the technocultural era. BOT I, partly inspired by Samuel Beckett’s NOT I (1972), is “a situated practice as research performance project” exploring the discursive and practical erasures of the technocultural revolution. The Vagina Monologues — Presented by UC Davis students and community members.
