Students Sam Hardie and Emily Somers rehearse for Noises Off, Tony Award winner Michael Frayn’s play within a play, showing what the audience sees (in this case, a British sex comedy, Nothing On) and the funny goings-on backstage. The Department of Theatre and Dance production, directed by artist-in-residence Jules Aaron, is scheduled to open with a preview at 8 p.m. Nov. 14, followed by 8 p.m. shows Nov. 15-17 and Nov. 29-Dec. 1, and matinees at 1 p.m. Nov. 30 and 2 p.m. Dec. 2, all in Main Theatre. The Nov. 14-15 shows feature a two-for-one ticket deal.
