Our student firefighters have found a COVID-safe way to raise funds to help burn victims. The students usually host a pancake breakfast, but this year have opted for a pandemic-safe event that runs through June 15. While they would love to cook breakfast for you, that’s just not going to happen. If you make your own, the firefighters are asking you to submit photos of your best design for a chance at prizes! For fundraising, the firefighters are selling pancake breakfast T-shirts and accepting donations. Proceeds go to the Firefighters Burn Institute, a unit of UC Davis Medical Center.

So far, their academic paths look as similar as they do. This is Vanessa and Victoria Leira, identical twins. Both are majoring in electrical engineering they are the co-founders of the Club of Future Female Electrical Engineers.
