Developer Looks Forward at Region in 2020

May 9, Tuesday -- Sotiris Kolokotronis of SKK Developments will offer a developer's perspective on the Sacramento region in the year 2020 and its best opportunities when he speaks to business leaders at a UC Davis event in Sacramento. The founder and owner of the Sacramento-based real estate firm is teaching a course this spring on real estate development as executive-in-residence at the Graduate School of Management. He oversees 70 partnerships and joint ventures in a portfolio valued at more than $600 million, and land acquisitions and sales topping $200 million. In 2005, Comstock's Business Magazine honored him for his outstanding corporate citizenship, and the Sacramento Area Council of Governments recognized his firm as regional business of the year. Kolokotronis will address a meeting of the Business Partnership Program of the Graduate School of Management, and members of the media are welcome to attend the invitation-only event. The meeting begins at 7:30 a.m. in Suite 100 at One Capitol Mall, Sacramento.
