UC Davis' home pages on the Web tied for a 2000 Dottie Award in the Education and Training category. The sites were developed by Craig Hillis, electronic communications specialist in Editorial/Design, and Jan Conroy, the director of the unit. The Sacramento Web awards program was designed to acknowledge the accomplishments and creativity of businesses, governmental agencies and organizations providing information and resources online through the Internet in Northern California outside of the Bay Area.
