March 3-4, Friday-Saturday -- Future Farmers of America and 4-H high-school students from California and surrounding states will gather for the annual Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Field Day at UC Davis. The students will compete in 27 different agriculturally based contests ranging from livestock judging to agriculture computer applications. The contests are coordinated by UC Davis students from a variety of majors, with campus faculty and staff members serving as contest advisers.
