Building environments: Graduate studies in civil and environmental engineering

The excitement of research and discovery is open to all graduate students in UC Davis’ highly ranked civil and environmental engineering program.

A collaborative research and learning environment offers graduate students the opportunity to work with faculty mentors within core areas as well as through scholarly interactions across campus. In classrooms and labs, students learn to design, build and operate physical structures that protect the natural environment and human society in a sustainable manner.

Civil and environmental engineering graduates are tackling some of the most daunting problems of the 21st century. For more than 100 years, UC Davis has been at the forefront of innovation, shaping society with imaginative and constructive solutions.

Students interested in graduate studies in civil and environmental engineering should apply now. The deadline is Jan. 15 for priority consideration; the final deadline is May 31, 2012.
