  • Davis Farmers Market ranked 5th among America's Best Farmers Market (U.S. News Travel 2012)
  • Census data estimates that 16.6% of workers (approximately 4,293) in Davis bike to their jobs, more than any other city in the country (2011)
  • Davis residents boast the highest level of education in the state with more than 80 percent of the adult population completing a minimum of one year of college training and more than 60 percent having attained at least a four-year college degree
